Depending on the event, some tickets may or may not be cancellable.
For tickets that can be cancelled.
You can cancel a ticket from My Page.
- Log in to ArtSticker.
- Go to My Page Tickets applied for and select the relevant ticket.
- Select the [Cancel] button below the QR code.
*Please note that payments made at convenience stores cannot be cancelled.
For tickets that cannot be cancelled
If the Cancel button is not displayed on the My Page, the ticket cannot be cancelled in principle.
Please understand this in advance.
*If you have any circumstances, please contact the event organiser directly.
*Please provide the event organiser with the following information.
- Name of purchaser
- Ticket control number
