The purchaser has requested a cancellation or refund of the ticket.

If you accept the cancellation/refund request from the purchaser, please contact the ArtSticker Management Office with the following purchaser information.

-Purchaser's name:
-Ticket control number.

*If you have applied for several tickets of the same type, only a part of the tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
*Refunds will be processed through the credit card company you used.
