What is the process for purchasing artworks?

The following is the flow of the process.

1) Purchase enquiry.

Please make an enquiry from the artwork sales page.

(2) Information on stock and shipping costs

The Management Office will inform you of stock availability, possible shipping dates, shipping costs (approximate), etc.

*In the case of waiting lists, we will contact you only when stock is secured.

3) Order confirmation

If the information in 2 above is satisfactory, please reply within 2 days to confirm your order.

↓↓

4) Payment

After order confirmation, we will inform you about the payment method.

Please make payment within 3 days of the information.

↓↓

(5) Shipping

The product will be shipped from the distributor as soon as it is ready.

*After dispatch, we will inform you of the tracking number and official shipping costs (cash on delivery).
